At Heritage Beauty & Wellbeing, every detail of your visit is thoughtfully considered to ensure a calm, comfortable and seamless experience.
To help us maintain this environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read the following guidelines before your visit.

House Guidelines

To ensure a calm and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that the following guidelines are observed during your visit.

Children under the age of 10 are not permitted within the spa unless prior permission has been granted by the manager.

Guest Care & Hygiene

The wellbeing of our guests and team is always our priority. We maintain the highest standards of hygiene throughout the spa to ensure a safe, comfortable and relaxing environment for every visit.

Opening Hours

Thursday – Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Strictly by appointment only

Additional appointments, including Wednesdays and evenings, may be available on request.

New Clients

If this is your first visit, please let us know at the time of booking.

A consultation form will be sent to you in advance of your appointment. If you have not received this, please contact us.

Booking Fees

A booking fee is required for all treatments and packages.

We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy to allow us time to reallocate appointments. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is provided should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointment Times

Treatment durations include consultation, preparation and aftercare time to ensure a seamless and unhurried experience.

Arrival

We recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to settle and begin your experience unhurried.

Should you arrive late, your treatment time may be adjusted to ensure minimal disruption to other guests. The full treatment cost will still apply.

Pregnancy

We are unable to carry out treatments during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Please inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure you are scheduled with a suitably trained therapist and the appropriate treatments are selected.

If you do not make us aware of your pregnancy prior to your appointment, we may be unable to proceed with your treatment in line with our insurance policy. In this instance, the full treatment cost will still apply.

Health & Medical Information

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies or injuries at the time of booking and prior to your appointment.

While we take every care to ensure treatments are safe and suitable, we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions where relevant medical information has not been disclosed.
