For the enjoyment of our facilities by all guests, we have a few house rules we ask everyone to read and respect during their visit. We respectfully ask that children under ten years of age are not brought to the spa, unless specific permission has been granted by the manager.

The safety of our guests and staff remains a high priority and we have implemented some extra measures to ensure everyone’s health is protected. We have a hygiene station in place in reception and clear signage throughout the building. Please do not be offended if we ask you to wash your hands before a treatment. The safety of our staff and guests is paramount.

Our opening hours are 9-5pm Thursday - Saturday, strictly by appointment only. Later appointment times and Wednesday appointments may be available on request. To request an appointment, please call 01284 846800 or email reception@heritagebeauty.me
